Today we put up the rails on top of Ruby's stall, hung buckets and her hay bag, and Norm's Electric came by to do some electrical.
After lunch Dave cut up the boards and plywood I had all measured out for the slow feeder. We built it, made one trip to the hardware store for screws and had it in place at 6 pm. A last minute design change - we added some corner pieces to be sure the grate couldn't be pulled out the top by Rubes.
The sunset was gorgeous... welcoming tomorrow.
The transporter is supposed to call this evening to firm up Ruby's transportation.
